1. The service we provide
Dalal Community Solutions provides navigation, education and form-preparation coaching for newcomers. We guide and prepare only — you complete and submit all applications yourself. We do not act as you or access your accounts on your behalf.
2. What we are not
We are not a government body, immigration or legal firm, or tax advisor, and we are not a replacement for free settlement agencies. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or medical advice.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Approvals and decisions are made by the relevant authorities. We help you prepare a complete, accurate submission, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are shown before you book and are payable per service. A free discovery call is available to help match you to the right service.
5. Priority Response, not 24/7
We reply within 4 business hours during extended hours (8am–8pm). We are not an emergency or crisis line. In an emergency, contact 911, 811, 211 or the Distress Centre Calgary.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing and submitting your own applications.
